The new 2024 ges academic calendar for basic school was released yesterday by the ghana education service after consultation with some of the stakeholders of education. As the school year is in full swing, the ghana education service has officially unveiled the complete academic calendar for the 2023/24 academic year for kindergarten (kg), primary, and junior high schools (jhs) across the country.

The academic year began on october 3, as kg, primary, and jhs students return to their various schools for a term committed to learning and development. The ghana education service (ges) has taken the initiative to provide students, parents, and educators with a roadmap for the upcoming 2024/2025 academic year.
